Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 4 strips t bacon, 1c soy milk, 6oz V8, green tea
Meal 02: protein bar + water
Meal 03: 7oz boiled chix breast, 1/2c garbanzos w feta, water
Meal 04: whey shake + rice cake + 1oz dried cherries
Meal 05: 10oz Chicken breast, 1c brussel sprouts, 7grain pasta w/parmesan cheese
Misc: benefiber, 2 rice cakes Workout: Chest + Back, ABrX 1:15
