Meal 01: 1c egg beaters, 3 pcs Can Bacon, 1/2 ww eng muf w spray, 1c soy milk, 6oz V8, green tea
Meal 02: Myoplex lite bar
Meal 03: 2c spinach, 6oz tuna, 1tsp wasabi dijon dressing, rice cake
Meal 04: Whey shake + 1.5oz dried blueberries
Meal 05: 6oz Tilapia baked, 1c green beans, 1/2c grain rice
Misc: NOTHING
Workout: Plyometrics 1hr
