Meal 01: 1/2c oatmeal, 3 tbsp cottage cheese FF, 3 pcs Can Bacon, green tea
Meal 02: Myoplex Lite Bar, 1oz dried cherries, 16oz Puh-erh tea
Meal 03: 2c spinach, 6oz turkey, 1/4slice whole grain bread, water
Meal 04: Protein shake, 1 Asian pear
Meal 05: 6oz Baked Tilapia, ?? (lost sheet, was something like spinach)
Misc: Recovery shake, 1 lite beer
Workout: Yoga X 1.5hrs
