Meal 02: P90Xbar, tea
Meal 03: 2c mixed greens, 5oz turkey, 1 oz mozz, 1tsp oil+vin, 1/2 Bl BryBran muffin (177cal, home made), water
Meal 04: nothing
Meal 05: 2 slices of WW+Flax pizza dough w 1/2c tomatoes, 1oz mozz, 6oz t sausage, 1/2c mushrooms (total cal was 400 with mega fiber)
Misc: 3 lite beers, Recovery Drink
Workout: Legs + Shoulders X + Ab RX 1.5hrs

Meal 02: Myoplex Lite Bar, 1oz dried cherries, 16oz Puh-erh tea
Meal 03: 2c spinach, 6oz turkey, 1/4slice whole grain bread, water
Meal 04: Protein shake, 1 Asian pear
Meal 05: 6oz Baked Tilapia, ?? (lost sheet, was something like spinach)
Misc: Recovery shake, 1 lite beer
Workout: Yoga X 1.5hrs

Meal 02: EAS protein bar (lite) + water
Meal 03: 6oz turkey breast, 1/2slice grain bread, 2c mixed greens, 1oz mozz, 1oz dried cherries
Meal 04: 2 scoops whey + water, 1oz dried blueberries
Meal 05: Shrimp Stir Fry (5oz shrimp, 1c vegs + soy sauce) 1/4c 7 grain rice, white tea
Misc: Recovery Shake, Glucosamine
Workout: Shoulders + Arms, AbRX at night CHRUSHED IT OUT!

Meal 05: 10oz Chicken breast, 1c brussel sprouts, 7grain pasta w/parmesan cheese
Misc: benefiber, 2 rice cakes
