Meal 01: 1c egg beaters, 8oz soy milk, 2 t bacon, Green tea

Meal 02: P90Xbar, tea

Meal 03: 2c mixed greens, 5oz turkey, 1 oz mozz, 1tsp oil+vin, 1/2 Bl BryBran muffin (177cal, home made), water

Meal 04: nothing :( Meal 05: 2 slices of WW+Flax pizza dough w 1/2c tomatoes, 1oz mozz, 6oz t sausage, 1/2c mushrooms (total cal was 400 with mega fiber)

Misc: 3 lite beers, Recovery Drink

Workout: Legs + Shoulders X + Ab RX 1.5hrs

Meal 01: 1/2c oatmeal, 3 tbsp cottage cheese FF, 3 pcs Can Bacon, green tea

Meal 02: Myoplex Lite Bar, 1oz dried cherries, 16oz Puh-erh tea

Meal 03: 2c spinach, 6oz turkey, 1/4slice whole grain bread, water

Meal 04: Protein shake, 1 Asian pear

Meal 05: 6oz Baked Tilapia, ?? (lost sheet, was something like spinach)

Misc: Recovery shake, 1 lite beer

Workout: Yoga X 1.5hrs
