Meal 05: 6oz Sockeye Salmon, 1c green beans, 1c mixed greens

Meal 04: Recovery drink
Meal 05: 6oz venison tenderloin, 2 tbsp glaze?, 1/2c red cabbage + wine, 1c mixed greens w feta
Misc: 2 glasses red wine, 4oz scotch

Meal 2: 1 Myoplex bar (330c/9gF/30gP/35gC) water + puh-erh tea
Meal 3: 2c Veg 8 soup, 6oz lean ff ham, puherh tea, 1 rice cake
Meal 4: 2 scoops whey + water, 5 dates
Meal 5: 8oz turkey breast + baby greens salad w peppers + 1/4c ww pasta + o oil + herbs
Meal 6: 1 rice cake tbsp organic pb
Misc: Glucosamine + A+D
Exercise: 1hr Arms + Shoulders X/ AbRP X(15min)
Cheated: 12oz red wine
