Meal 03: 3oz tuna, 1 rice cake, 2c spinach

Meal 04: 8oz soy milk, 2 scoops whey shake + water

Meal 05: 1c ww pasta, 1/2c marinara, 6oz chix breast w 1tbsp wing sauce (FF), 4oz merlot

Meal 06: 1c mixed frozen berries, 6oz FF organic yogurt (whipped together w 1packet spenda– I know, its bad for you I am out of honey or agave)

Misc: REST DAY + i was home sick
