Meal 01: 1/2c eggs, 1/4c dry flax and soy cereal, 4 t bacon, 6oz V8
Meal 02: Myoplex lite
Meal 03: 3oz turkey, 2c spinach, 1tbsp vinegar, 3oz cheese lite
Meal 04: 1 scoop Whey powder
Meal 05: 6oz turkey meatballs (6oz turkey, herbs, pepper, 1/8c egg beaters, wasa crisp crumbs), 1/2c marinara sauce, 2oz ww pasta
Workout: Kempo X 1hr
