Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 3 t bacon, 6oz V8, 8oz soymilk, green tea
Meal 02: Myoplex lite bar
Meal 03: 2c mixed greens, 6oz turkey, 1/8c red cabbage, 1oz dried fruit
Meal 04: 1/2c cottage cheese FF, 1 pear
Meal 05: 1c asparagus, 6oz scallops, 1 sweet potato
Misc: rest Day
