Meal 02: Myoplex bar + water

Meal 03: 1c broccoli, 6oz turkey, 2oz dried fruit, 8 triscuits

Meal 04: 2oz soynuts

Meal 05: 6oz chicken breast, 1/4c tomatoes, 1/2 ff beans, 1 ww tortilla, 1/2c red cabbage slaw(red wine vinegar, spices, + carrots)

Misc: 1 martini at BW with Mark
