Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 3 t bacon, 6oz V8, 8oz soymilk, green tea

Meal 02: Myoplex lite bar

Meal 03: 2c mixed greens, 6oz turkey, 1/8c red cabbage, 1oz dried fruit

Meal 04: 1/2c cottage cheese FF, 1 pear

Meal 05: 1c asparagus, 6oz scallops, 1 sweet potato

Misc: rest Day

Meal 01: 1/2c eggs, 1/4c dry flax and soy cereal, 4 t bacon, 6oz V8

Meal 02: Myoplex lite

Meal 03: 3oz turkey, 2c spinach, 1tbsp vinegar, 3oz cheese lite

Meal 04: 1 scoop Whey powder

Meal 05: 6oz turkey meatballs (6oz turkey, herbs, pepper, 1/8c egg beaters, wasa crisp crumbs), 1/2c marinara sauce, 2oz ww pasta

Workout: Kempo X 1hr

Meal 01: 1/2c Egg beaters, 3 t bacons, 1 ww eng muffin, 8oz soy milk, 5oz v8

Meal 02: P90X bar

Meal 03: cant remember. Meal 04: Healthy pizza = 1/c tomatoes, 2 slices of mozz (part skim), 3oz t sausage, 1 slice onions, 3oz ww +flaz dough

Meal 05: 2 cans of lite beer (96cals each)

Workout: Legs and Back + abRX 1.5hrs

Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 4 strips t bacon, 1c soy milk, 6oz V8, green tea

Meal 02: protein bar + water

Meal 03: 7oz boiled chix breast, 1/2c garbanzos w feta, water

Meal 04: whey shake + rice cake + 1oz dried cherries

Meal 05: 10oz Chicken breast, 1c brussel sprouts, 7grain pasta w/parmesan cheese

Misc: benefiber, 2 rice cakes Workout: Chest + Back, ABrX 1:15
