Meals


Ok, so I am missing some days. Things were really hectic here at work and I was not able to post my meals and workouts. I can report this, I worked out every day; ate clean every day. My carbohydrate intake is a bit higher than last month, but I seem to be bonking at my workouts in the evening. Weekends are fine since I seem to suck down a light beer here and there. Actually speaking of, I was kind of bad last week. Thursday I had a vodka martini at night playing WOW. Friday I had 6oz of burbon neat, Saturday I split a bottle of wine with Dreamy and Sunday I had 4oz single malt Scotch. For some reason my psychology needed a drink or something, but I am back on track this week in full force. I don’t need a few drinks to spoil the weight loss and the fitness I am working so hard at.

I’ve been sleeping well. Almost no apnoea at all anymore. Except when my sinus’ are stuffy from the dry air. Must be the lack of food before bed and no alcohol. My workouts have been stellar. MY gains are so huge. More weight, more reps and I am pushing more and more effort to a better body. I’ve gone from a fat ass 40 to a super baggy 38 in less than a month. I have to put more notches in all my belts and I am getting ready to take some new 60 day pics of my progress. I have the Day 1 and Day 30 up somewhere but I hid those for now. Lets get to 90days at graduation before I go showing you what I look like. Meanwhile, I have to go now. There is a workout calling my name. BRING IT!

Meal 01: 3/4c egg beaters, 4 t bacon, 1c fiber one cereal, 8oz soy milk, 6oz V8, green tea

Meal 02: Myoplex bar

Meal 03: 1 ww bread, 4oz turkey, tbsp mustard, 1 slice provelone lite, 1c broccoli, puh-erh tea

Meal 04: 2 scoops whey, 1oz dried cherries, 1oz almonds

Meal 05: 1 ground chicken stuffed red pepper (6oz chicken, 2oz rice + herbs, 1 red pepper, V8 juice sauce)

Workout: Chest, Shoulders, Tris + Abs (Push day) 1.5hrs

Meal 01: 1/2c Egg beaters, 4 t bacon, 8oz soy milk, 1c bran cereal. 6oz V8

Meal 02: Myoplex Lite bar, Green tea

Meal 03: 2 slices provelone lite (60cals each), 6oz turkey, 1/2c lettuce, 1 slice ww bread, 1tbsp mustard, green tea

Meal 04:

Meal 05: Dinner out: Sushi (2 rolls)

Meal 06: 2 glasses of Meritage, 1/2apple, 1/2pear, 3oz white cheddar, 4oz smoked gouda, 2oz capicola, 1/2 baguette :(

Misc: Valentines dinner

Workout: Legs and back X + Abs 1.5hrs

Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 3 t bacon, 1/3c ff cottage cheese, 5oz V8, white tea

Meal 02: 4 almonds, 2 pcs dried pear, P90X bar

Meal 03: 1.5 c spinach, 6oz roast turkey, 1/4c red peppers, 1 stick hearts of palm, 1tbsp vinegar+ 1/4tbsp O oil

Meal 04: 2 scoops of Whey + water

Meal 05: 1c spaghetti squash, 1/2c marinara, 1/8c grated parm(25cal), 1 wasa cracker

Misc: need a fruit serving in there??

Workout: Chest + Biceps (push day) + AbRx 1.5hrs

Meal 01: 1/2c egg beats, 3tbacon, 8oz silk, 6oz v8, white tea

Meal 02: EAS Lite Bar

Meal 03: 3oz tuna, 1 rice cake, 2c spinach

Meal 04: 8oz soy milk, 2 scoops whey shake + water

Meal 05: 1c ww pasta, 1/2c marinara, 6oz chix breast w 1tbsp wing sauce (FF), 4oz merlot

Meal 06: 1c mixed frozen berries, 6oz FF organic yogurt (whipped together w 1packet spenda– I know, its bad for you I am out of honey or agave)

Misc: REST DAY + i was home sick
