Ok, so I am missing some days. Things were really hectic here at work and I was not able to post my meals and workouts. I can report this, I worked out every day; ate clean every day. My carbohydrate intake is a bit higher than last month, but I seem to be bonking at my workouts in the evening. Weekends are fine since I seem to suck down a light beer here and there. Actually speaking of, I was kind of bad last week. Thursday I had a vodka martini at night playing WOW. Friday I had 6oz of burbon neat, Saturday I split a bottle of wine with Dreamy and Sunday I had 4oz single malt Scotch. For some reason my psychology needed a drink or something, but I am back on track this week in full force. I don’t need a few drinks to spoil the weight loss and the fitness I am working so hard at.
I’ve been sleeping well. Almost no apnoea at all anymore. Except when my sinus’ are stuffy from the dry air. Must be the lack of food before bed and no alcohol. My workouts have been stellar. MY gains are so huge. More weight, more reps and I am pushing more and more effort to a better body. I’ve gone from a fat ass 40 to a super baggy 38 in less than a month. I have to put more notches in all my belts and I am getting ready to take some new 60 day pics of my progress. I have the Day 1 and Day 30 up somewhere but I hid those for now. Lets get to 90days at graduation before I go showing you what I look like. Meanwhile, I have to go now. There is a workout calling my name. BRING IT!
