Meal 03: 1c spinach, 1 stick hearts of palm, 1/2c red pepper, 6oz turkey, 1 slice ww bread w 1tsp bbq, 1 square lite La Vache qu’ris
Meal 04: 6oz roast turkey breast, 1 med sweet potato plain, 1tbsp bbq s, 8oz silk, green tea
Meal 05: 1 rice cake, 1tbsp pb+flax
