Meal 01: 1/2c egg beaters, 3 t bacon, 1 1/3c Psyllium/Bran cereal w 4oz silk, 6oz v8
Meal 02: P90X bar
Meal 03: 6oz tuna w ff mayo, spices mustard, 1 brown rice cake, 1c broccoli + cauliflower + red peppers
Meal 04: 1oz almonds, 2 brown rice cakes (choc) 2 scoops whey + pb
Meal 05: 2(3oz) turkey patties, 2 slices tomato, 1/2c mixed greens, 1c refreid beans w hot sauce Misc: spread my snaking throughout the day
Workout: Yoga X 1.5 hours
